This is a match worn/issued Munas Dabbur Europa League shirt from the 2016-17 season. This season, Salzburg almost qualified for the Champions League but were knocked out in the playoff round, losing 3-2 on aggregate to Dinamo Zagreb. They were then drawn into group I with Schalke, Krasnodar, and Nice, and finished third in the group with 7 points in all 6 matches. Dabbur had a weak start to the season withSalzburg, as he only scored three goals in the first half of the season before being sent on loan to finish the season with Grasshoppers Zurich. After returning, Dabbur played in great form for Salzburg during their historic 17-18 season winning the Austrian league and making it to the Semi Finals of the Europa League, losing to Marseille 3-2 on aggregate. Dabbur continues to have a very promising career ahead of him as one of the best Israeli strikers today playing in European Football. An interesting fact about this shirt is that the team crest on the shirt was changed to FC Salzburg (instead of Red Bull Salzburg) due to Uefa regulations.
